SlideFinder Add-in for Microsoft® PowerPoint®

The SlideFinder Add-in, a new Ribbon for PowerPoint® 2007, lets you search the web for presentations and slides from within PowerPoint®. The SlideFinder Add-in also enables you to add the slides you find to your current presentation. Please observe that you need to assert that you have the rights to use the slides in your own presentations, for more information please review the SlideFinder Add-in License Agreeement.

Install Instructions

  1. You need PowerPoint 2007 for Microsoft® Windows®. Earlier versions of PowerPoint, and PowerPoint for Mac, are not supported. The plugin is supported in English, Russian, German, Swedish and Spanish.
  2. You will need to have a machine with Microsoft® Windows Vista® or Windows XP® with Service Pack 2 or greater.
  3. IMPORTANT: You need the latest version of the .Net framework (Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1). Check in "Control Panel>Add or Remove Programs" to make sure you have the right version. If you are the administrator of the computer you are running then the installation will install all prerequisites. If you are not the administrator and you do not have .Net Framework 3.5 SP1, then you will need to have someone install it for your.
  4. Install the SlideFinder Ribbon for PowerPoint only after you have completed Step 1 - 3. Download link
